These regulations were repealed as a result of the repeal of the Timber Industry Regulations Act 1926 by the Statutes (Repeals and Minor Amendments) Act 2003 s. 21(1) (No. 74 of 2003) as at 15 Dec 2003 (see s. 2)

² The definition of “Local Authority” in the Health Act 1911 was deleted by the Local Government (Consequential Amendments) Act 1996 s. 4 and Schedule 1.

⁴ Under the Alteration of Statutory Designations Order (No. 3) 2001 a reference in any law to the Health Department is read and construed as a reference to the Department of Health.

⁵ Under the Conservation and Land Management Act 1984 s. 151(a)(ii) a reference in a written law to the former Forests Department shall be read as a reference to the Department of Conservation and Land Management.
