33 .         Timber preservative treatment

                The owner of a mill or plant where timber is treated with poisonous substances in order to preserve it shall at all times enforce such precautions against injury or danger to the health of the workers as are directed by a medical officer of the Health Department  ⁴ of the Public Service of the State
