This legislation has been repealed.
(1) A person shall
not, on a timber holding —
(a)
damage any sanitary convenience or so misuse it as to cause insanitary
conditions to arise;
(b)
neglect to keep any house, camp or premises occupied by him in a cleanly
condition;
(c)
neglect to carry out the instructions of an inspector;
(d) do
any act or thing whereby the health of any person on that timber holding is
endangered.
(2) Where, in respect
of an act that contravenes subregulation (1), a person has been convicted
of an offence under the Health Act 1911 or regulations or by-laws of a
Local Authority made thereunder, proceedings shall not be taken against that
person for an offence under that subregulation.
