This legislation has been repealed.
(1) A person aggrieved
by a direction or decision of an inspector relative to this Part of these
regulations may, within 14 days after receiving notice of the direction
or decision, appeal against it to the Executive Director, Public, Health and
Scientific Support Services.
(2) A person who
appeals under subregulation (1) shall state in writing to the Executive
Director, Public Health and Scientific Support Services the grounds on which
he relies to have the direction or decision varied or revoked and shall
forward a copy of the statement to the controlling officer.
(3) The Commissioner
of Public Health may, after inquiry, uphold, revoke, vary or alter the
direction or decision of the inspector and the decision of the Executive
Director, Public Health and Scientific Support Services is conclusive and
binding on all parties.
(4) In this
regulation —
“Executive Director, Public Health and
Scientific Support Services” means the Executive Director, Public Health
and Scientific Support Services of the Health Department 4 of the Public
Service of the State.
