This legislation has been repealed.
Where it appears to an
inspector that a guard or protective device is not in an efficient state and
properly adjusted, he shall direct that the machinery, appliance, or dangerous
part of the sawmill, yard, bush landing, or workshop, as the case may be,
shall not be operated or used unless and until he is satisfied that the guard
or device is in an efficient state and properly adjusted or has been replaced
by one in an efficient state and properly adjusted.
