TIMBER INDUSTRY REGULATIONS 1969 - REG 74

74 .         Protruding structures to be painted

                All protruding skid ends, low beams or other structures which, in the opinion of an inspector, could be dangerous under certain circumstances shall be painted a contrasting colour, preferably yellow.
