TIMBER INDUSTRY REGULATIONS 1969 - REG 90

90 .         Dust or chips to be cleared from machines

                A planing, shaping, thicknessing, grinding or other machine generating dust or chips shall, if required by an inspector, be fitted with an effective device to remove the material so generated.
