The manager, or some
experienced person appointed by him, shall, once in each week, carefully
examine the buildings, plant and machinery, and shall record in writing and
sign, in the Record Book, his opinion as to their condition and safety and any
repairs and alterations required to ensure greater safety to the persons
employed.
