Where at a mill waste
timbers or sawdust are destroyed by fire, and the smoke emitted therefrom
will, in the opinion of an inspector, affect the safe working conditions of
the men employed in the mill, the fire dump shall, unless suitable screens or
other devices are provided, be located in a position to be approved by the
inspector, and shall be so situated that the smoke from such fire dump will be
carried away from the mill by the prevailing wind.
