This legislation has been repealed.
An appeal may be
withdrawn if —
(a) the
appellant, by notice in writing in Form 6 in the schedule to these rules gives
notice that he wishes to withdraw the appeal; or
(b) the
appellant, either in person or by his counsel, solicitor or agent, intimates
to the Appeal Tribunal that the appellant wishes to withdraw the appeal; and
(c) in
either case the Appeal Tribunal grants leave to withdraw, which it may do on
such terms as it thinks fit.
