The manner in which
the Appeal Tribunal shall, in accordance with paragraph (b) of
section 54E of the Act, publish its written reasons for its
determinations on appeals shall be by maintaining for public reference during
normal office hours of the office of the Registrar and at that office, a
complete set of those reasons arranged in chronological order.
