THE DEPUTY PRESIDENT: This is an application to extend the nominal expiry date of the Hazell Bros Curbside Collection Team Certified Agreement 2000. The agreement was due to expire on 24 May 2001 and on that day an application - the parties agreed to extend the agreement and the application was filed with the registry on 28 May 2001. By virtue of the Act the agreement continues in place in any case. There is no appearance from either the company or any of the employees, as the agreement is a section 170LK agreement but attached to the application are letters signed by the employees agreeing to the extension of the expiry date.

Accordingly, and on the basis of the documentation contained in the file and in the application, I shall extend the nominal expiry date of the agreement known as the Hazell Bros Curbside Collection Team Certified Agreement 2001 to be 25 August 2001 instead of 24 May 2001. There are four employees who have signed the letter agreeing to the extension. The original agreement contains signatures of the same four employees. The date will be extended as requested.
