of the Sackett Services Enterprise Agreement 2001

THE DEPUTY PRESIDENT: This is an application pursuant to section 170LJ for certification of an agreement to be known as the Sackett Services Enterprise Agreement 2001. The parties to the agreement are Sackett Services and the CEPU. The parties have provided the necessary statutory declarations and I am satisfied have complied with the requirements of the Act. I have been through the agreement and have no questions related to it and the parties have been advised there is no need for them to attend but just to advise of their consent. The agreement came into effect from 16 May 2001 and remains in force until 31 July 2003. That agreement is certified.
