certification of the Brisam Pty Limited
trading as Instant Scaffolds - Hobart and
Kellys Tower Hire Enterprise Agreement 2000 - 2003

THE DEPUTY PRESIDENT: The CFMEU and Brisam Pty Limited trading as Instant Scaffolds - Hobart, and Kellys Tower Hire have reached agreement. That agreement will be known as the Brisam Pty Limited trading as Instant Scaffolds - Hobart, and Kellys Tower Hire Enterprise Agreement 2000 - 2003. The agreement came into effect from 7 June 2001 and remains in force until 21 June 2003. There are no parties in attendance but they have both advised the Commission that they consent to the application. The parties have complied with the requirements of the Act and accordingly I am satisfied the agreement can be certified. An order will issue to take effect from today's date.
