THE DEPUTY PRESIDENT: This is an application pursuant to section 170LJ of the Workplace Relations Act for certification of an agreement to be known as the Heritage Isle Credit Union/FSU Enterprise Agreement 2001. I have checked the agreement and I have no queries that I wish to raise with the parties, accordingly their attendance was not necessary at today's hearing and both parties have provided me with a fax seeking that the matter be certified.

The parties to the agreement will be the Heritage Isle Credit Union Limited, its employees and the Finance Sector Union of Australia. The parties have provided the necessary statutory declarations and I am satisfied have met the requirements of the Act. Accordingly, the agreement will be certified. It will take effect from today's date and remain in force for a period of two years. That matter is adjourned.
