THE DEPUTY PRESIDENT: This is a 170LJ for certification of an agreement to be known as the Forestry Tasmania Eco-Tourism Enterprise Agreement Number 1 of 2001. The parties to the agreement are Forestry Tasmania, the CEPU and the employees of Forestry Tasmania working in eco-tourism centres in Tasmania. There are no parties in attendance but they have provided the necessary statutory declarations and seek the agreement to be certified effective from 2 July 2001 and to remain in force until 30 June 2002. An order will issue effective from today's date.
