MR A. HOLMES: I act on behalf of Brophy Family and Youth Services.

MS L. COURT: I act for the Australian Services Union, Services and Energy Branch.

THE COMMISSIONER: Thank you. Now, there is an issue apparently where there are still - there are some issues regarding the application of this agreement; is that correct? And the parties require the agreement not to be certified this morning to allow for those discussions to clarify the issues, and then you will as the matter be brought on at an appropriate time, once that has been done. Is that what you were going to say, Ms Court?

MS COURT: That is correct - - -

THE COMMISSIONER: And you said it quite eloquently, let me say.

MS COURT: Thank you. That is correct, Commissioner.

THE COMMISSIONER: Thank you. Do you agree with that, Mr Holmes?

MR HOLMES: Sir, I do. I have been unable to obtain any instructions at the moment, so the action which you are proposing certainly has our support.

THE COMMISSIONER: Okay, well, the Commission will deal with that matter at a time convenient to the parties when they advise the Commission that the issues have been dealt with.
