THE DEPUTY PRESIDENT: 5366 of 2001 is a 170LJ application for certification of an agreement to be known as the Engineering Company Enterprise Bargaining Agreement 2001. The parties to the agreement are the Engineering Company, the AMWU and employees of the company. Neither party is in attendance, both have advised by fax that they have no objection to the agreement being certified in their absence. They have complied with the requirements of the Act and have provided the necessary statutory declaration.

The agreement will be certified. An order will issue to take effect from today's date and remain in force until 30 June 2003. The agreement came into effect from 1 July 2001. That agreement is hereby certified.
