THE DEPUTY PRESIDENT: This is an application pursuant to section 170LS of the Workplace Relations Act for certification of an agreement. AG 5437 is an application for certification of the R.J. Welsh and Son Pty Limited Enterprise Agreement. The parties to that agreement are R.J. Welsh and Son Pty Limited, its employees and the CFMEU. The parties have provided the required documentation and have satisfied the requirements of the Act.

Neither party is in attendance, there are no questions about the agreement and both parties are happy to have the agreement certified in their absence. This agreement will be certified. An order will issue to take effect from today's date and remain in force until 21 June 2003. The agreement came into effect on 3 September.
