THE SENIOR DEPUTY PRESIDENT: I understand you seek to set aside and terminate this agreement in light of the certification of the Presbyterian Ladies' College (School Assistants) Certified Agreement, 2001. Is that right?

MRS WARD: Your Honour, we do.

THE SENIOR DEPUTY PRESIDENT: Anything else to add. No. Mrs Driver.

MRS DRIVER: Correct, your Honour.

THE SENIOR DEPUTY PRESIDENT: Ms James.

MS JAMES: Your Honour, we were bound by that agreement and I have a statement here to the effect that we agree to its being certified.

THE SENIOR DEPUTY PRESIDENT: I will mark the correspondence from the IEU agreeing to the setting aside of the '99 agreement as IEU1. Is there anything else to add? All having regard to the material contained on the file in this matter and the submissions put to me, I am satisfied I should set aside the Presbyterian Ladies' College (School Assistants) Certified Agreement 1999 and I so determine.
