THE D.PRESIDENT: The first agreement in matter AG 1352/2001 is an agreement known as the Allan J Richards Ceilings and Partitions Enterprise Agreement 2000- 2003. The parties to the agreement are Allan J. Richards Ceilings and Partitions, its employees and the CFMEU. The agreement will be certified pursuant to section 170LS of the Workplace Relations Act and an order will issue to take effect from today's date and to remain in force until 21 June 2003. The agreement came into effect on 19 February 2001.

The second agreement is an agreement known as Scenport Constructions Pty Limited Enterprise Agreement 2000 (Tasmania) and will be certified pursuant to section 170LS of the Workplace Relations Act. The parties to the agreement will be Scenport Constructions Pty Limited and its employees and the CFMEU. The parties have complied with the requirements of the Act and accordingly the agreement will be certified to come into effect from today's date and to remain in force for a period of three years. All of those agreements are now certified.
