THE SENIOR DEPUTY PRESIDENT: Mr White, Mr Everill, you're still here for the CFMEU?
PN165
MR G. WHITE: Yes.
PN166
MR N. EVERILL: Yes.
PN167
THE SENIOR DEPUTY PRESIDENT: Mr Gordon and Nubley, where are we up to? I'm sorry, I had a matter in for mention to settle some arguments about a two week hearing before it started on the day I get back from leave and we didn't settle it and they're still talking. So that's where I've been. I do apologise for leaving you sitting out here all this time. You were going to go through the list and come back to me.
PN168
MR EVERILL: That's right, your Honour. If it please, your Honour, we wouldn't mind going back off record and having a conciliation.
PN169
THE SENIOR DEPUTY PRESIDENT: That doesn't sound very good. I thought you were going to tell me that it was all done.
PN170
MR WHITE: I don't think we could say that to you.
PN171
THE SENIOR DEPUTY PRESIDENT: We'll go off the record for a short period.
NO FURTHER PROCEEDINGS RECORDED [11.02am]
