Mr Campbell, the Commission has read the documentation before it and the file and in the Commission's view the requirements of the Act and the rules of the Commission have been met in respect of the certification of this matter. THE COMMISSIONER: The workplace agreement between the Transport Workers' Union of Australia and Thiess Services Pty Ltd to be known as the Thiess Services Pty Ltd Maintenance and Workers Services Enterprise Agreement 2002 is, pursuant to section 170LT of the Workplace Relations Act, certified. The agreement shall come into force from 17 April 2002 and it shall remain in force until 17 April 2002. Good morning.
