THE COMMISSIONER: Having heard Ms Bolger's desire to submit further material on the attitude of some of her members on this issue, leave is granted to Ms Bolger to provide such material in written form to both Mr Longland and the Commission by the close of business on Tuesday, 21 May, 2002. Mr Longland may response in writing by close of business on 24 May, 2002, or at his option seek a further hearing to make further oral submissions. If no further oral submissions are desired, I will then proceed to make a decision on the basis of what has been heard so far on the further written material. Subject to what I have just said, this matter is now adjourned.
