THE COMMISSIONER: MR P. RICHARDSON appears for the NUW in these matters and MR W. VICKERS for Mobil. And it is true that the parties have had a conference with the Commission for some time now and the position which obtains is that there is, in a general way I think, positive consideration given to the prospect of there being a rationalisation of a number of awards here and the parties have undertaken to closely consider that position as to what can be achieved. Mr Richardson has indicated how he, in a personal way, is proposing to advance that cause within his bailiwick and Mr Vickers is keen to get cracking also with Mr Richardson.

I have not got any doubt that that will happen and I will list this matter for further hearing on Wednesday, 19 June, at 2.15 pm. Is there anything, gentlemen, that is needed to be added to that?
