THE COMMISSIONER: Thank you, and, now, I have received communication from the Electrical Trades Union from Matt Murphy, national industrial officer, indicating he is unable to attend, but he wishes to have copies of any documents for his attention and dealing. Mr Vickers, I spoke earlier with Ms Wild. This matter had been set down for 2.15 and I think by virtue of a listing which had gone to a previous Mobil operative, it was our suspicion in chambers that it may have eluded your attention, so it might be most convenient, actually, if we have a conference about this matter so I am going to go off the record now.

THE COMMISSIONER: We have had a conference in this matter and the position is that copies have been distributed now to the parties and there will be a flurry of activity and one would like to be confident that there can be an advance, but the parties I think will look at the draft and the matter will come back on at an early time.
