PN1
MR D. LEYDON: I appear for the Australian Services Union.
PN2
MR G. PELS: I appear for the Australian Industry Group on behalf of Gordon and Gotch with MR C. SWALE and MS D. KEOGH.
PN3
THE DEPUTY PRESIDENT: Thank you, Mr Pels. Yes, Mr Leydon.
PN4
MR LEYDON: Thank you, your Honour. The matter before us does relate to a disputed grading matter for an employee of Gordon and Gotch by the name of Judy Cameron, who is an ASU member. But rather than go into the merits of the details at this stage, your Honour, the parties have had some discussions prior to the commencement of the hearing today and it may be advantageous to the parties and the Commission if we were to adjourn into conference to further those discussions.
PN5
THE DEPUTY PRESIDENT: Yes. Mr Pels?
PN6
MR PELS: Yes, I have no objection, your Honour. I agree with that.
PN7
THE DEPUTY PRESIDENT: Yes, thank you. I will take the advice of the parties and do that and adjourn into conference. Thank you.
NO FURTHER PROCEEDINGS RECORDED
