Gourmet Services Pty Ltd for Northern
Territory Agreement Stage 1

THE DEPUTY PRESIDENT: This is an application pursuant to section 170LJ of the Workplace Relations Act for certification of the Transport Workers,Gate Gourmet Services Pty Ltd, Northern Territory Agreement stage 1, 2002. Parties to the agreement are the Transport Workers Union and Gate Gourmet Services Pty Ltd, Darwin operations and those employees covered by the classifications therein. Neither of the parties are in attendance having been advised that the Commission has no queries related to the terms of the agreement. Accordingly, an order will issue to take effect from today's date and remain in force until 30 September 2003. The agreement came into effect from 1 July 2002.

The parties have provided the necessary statutory declarations and I am satisfied have met the requirements of the Act. Accordingly, that agreement will be certified and copies are now available. That is now adjourned.
