THE SENIOR DEPUTY PRESIDENT: This was before me in May this year. Clause 5.4 of the agreement refers to the agreement applying to employees who commence after the date it comes into operation if they are a member of the AMWU. Is the union prepared to undertake that it will apply to all employees.

MS JASTRZEBSKI: Yes, your Honour.

THE SENIOR DEPUTY PRESIDENT: And therefore agree to the amendment of that clause to delete "if he or she is a member of the AMWU"?
