THE DEPUTY PRESIDENT: AG2002/5824 is an application pursuant to section 170LS of the Workplace Relations Act for certification of the Wayne A. Walker Enterprise Agreement 2002-2003. Parties to the agreement are Wayne A. Walker and the CFMEU. The parties are not in attendance but each has provided the Commission with a fax seeking the agreement be certified in their absence. They have been advised there are no queries as to the content of the agreement. Each have provided the necessary statutory declarations and I am satisfied have met the requirements of the Act.

An order will issue to take effect from today's date and remain in force until 21 June 2003. The agreement came into effect on the first pay period on or after 1 November 2002. That agreement is certified.
