Holdings Pty Limited Enterprise Agreement 2001

THE DEPUTY PRESIDENT: This is a 170LJ application for certification of an agreement to be known as the Hawtree Holdings Pty Limited and the CEPU. The parties to the agreement will be the company Hawtree, the union and the employees. The parties have been advised that there are no queries that the Commission wishes to raise about the content of the agreement and they are happy for the agreement to be certified in their absence and have provided faxes accordingly.

The Commission is satisfied that they have met the requirements of the Act, provided the necessary statutory declarations and that the agreement can be certified. There was only one clarification in this agreement and that is that penalty payments will apply as they are found in the award. The agreement will come into effect from today's date and shall remain in force until 31 July 2003. That agreement is certified.
