THE SENIOR DEPUTY PRESIDENT: Could I have any appearances in relation to this matter? There doesn't appear to be anything untoward about this agreement or the material that is contained in the statutory declarations lodged in support. I notice that both the union and the company and the Australian Industry Group were notified but no-one appears to have attended today. However, on the material that is before me, I can be satisfied that I should proceed to certify the agreement and an appropriate certification therefore will be issued as soon as possible. The matter is adjourned on that basis.
