THE SENIOR DEPUTY PRESIDENT: This matter has been the subject of discussion between the Commission and the parties, and as a result, I make the following acknowledgment and recommendation.

The Commission acknowledges that the parties have made themselves genuine attempts to resolve the dispute. The Commission believes the parties themselves can resolve the matter as long as each approaches the task in a spirit of further compromise and I recommend that that be done. I adjourn the matter indefinitely.
