THE COMMISSIONER: Well, we have made contact with the CPSU given their non attendance and they indicate that they didn't see the notice, which is more a problem for them than it is for me given that our transmission reports indicate the notice was clearly delivered. So I apologise for any inconvenience that might be suffered by the respondent in this matter. What I will do is enclose a copy of this transcript and invite the union to provide further and better particulars before the matter is re-listed and before it is re-listed I will check with the respondent to check on their availability and if they have any preliminary views on the matters raised by the union.
