the Liftronic Pty Ltd Queensland Enterprise Agreement 2002

THE COMMISSIONER: Thanks, Mr Slowgrove. Yes, Mr Slowgrove?

MR SLOWGROVE: It looks like I'm on my lonesome here, Commissioner.

THE COMMISSIONER: I think so, yes.

MR SLOWGROVE: I can't say that I know a lot about the agreement. I have looked at it and I think it meets all the technical requirements of the Act, and I'd ask you to certify it.

THE COMMISSIONER: Yes. Thank you. Yes, on the basis of that submission and the statutory declarations, the Commission is satisfied the requirements of the Act and rules have been met. The agreement shall operate from 1 May 2003 and remain in force until 1 April 2004. The matter stands adjourned.
