THE SENIOR DEPUTY PRESIDENT: Yes.

MR COONEY: Once again these are applications made under section 170LJ. We say that the agreements satisfy the requirements of the Act and the companies' statutory declarations state the procedures leading up to the agreements and we submit that these agreements should be certified. They have been electronically lodged as well.

THE SENIOR DEPUTY PRESIDENT: And you supply the originals?

MR COONEY: Yes, your Honour.

THE SENIOR DEPUTY PRESIDENT: Thank you. Well, similarly in this case, subject to the checking of the originals as now handed up, I am satisfied that the requirements of the Act have been met and subject to what I have just said, appropriate certifications will be issued as soon as possible in each case. The matters are adjourned on that basis.
