MR T. HALLS: I appear for the Australian Industry Group on behalf of Fielders Australia Pty Limited.

THE SENIOR DEPUTY PRESIDENT: Thank you.

MR WAINWRIGHT: Your Honour, in relation to this matter, the parties want to request an adjournment of today's hearing. We are currently in negotiations. It may be that we come back to you with different applications in regard to this matter, so we are seeking an adjournment for some three weeks.

THE SENIOR DEPUTY PRESIDENT: Well, is that agreed, Mr Halls?

MR HALLS: Well, Commissioner, we would prefer an adjournment and the matter to be brought back on at the request of the parties without a particular time frame imposed, if that is acceptable to the Commission.

THE SENIOR DEPUTY PRESIDENT: I think it is probably more appropriate, Mr Wainwright, if I adjourn it to a date to be fixed and it can be re-listed upon request. If nothing is heard within two months, then we will assume that the application is not being proceeded with.
