THE SENIOR DEPUTY PRESIDENT WILLIAMS: Thank you. Yes, Mr Cooney.

MR COONEY: These agreements have been electronically lodged. We submit that they meet the requirements of section 170LJ and section 170LT of the Act. The companies' statutory declarations state the procedures arising around the agreement. As such we ask that the agreements be certified. I would just like to note in regard to 2667, we do not have that agreement with us and, actually, at the office we are not sure whether it was a Master Plumbers' application or ours, so we ask for that one to be adjourned.

MR COONEY: Yes, that is Bob McPherson Pty Limited.

THE SENIOR DEPUTY PRESIDENT WILLIAMS: Yes, thank you. Are these ones that were electronically lodged, are they, Mr Cooney, and you are handing up your originals?

MR COONEY: Yes, the originals.

THE SENIOR DEPUTY PRESIDENT WILLIAMS: Thank you. Well, in relation to matter 2667 of 2003, that will be adjourned to a date to be fixed and re-listed on application by either of the parties. In relation to the balance of the matters, I can indicate that subject to checking that the originals now handed up are in the same form as the documents originally lodged, then the agreements will be certified and appropriate certifications will be issued as soon as possible in each case. The balance of the matters therefore are adjourned on that basis.
