MR G. ROHAN: I am from the Glen Cameron Group and Group Operations Manager.

THE COMMISSIONER: The Commission has perused the agreement before it and is satisfied it meets the requirements of the Act and the rules of the Commission. Have any of the parties any submissions? Ms Doody.

THE COMMISSIONER: Yes, thank you. This is an application for an agreement between the Transport Workers Union of Australia and Glen Cameron Nominees Pty Ltd. The agreement will be known as the Glen Cameron Transport (Victorian) Agreement 2003-2005. Pursuant to section 170LT of the Workplace Relations Act 1996 the Commission certifies the said agreement. The agreement shall come into force on 20 May 2003 and remain in force until 31 December 2005. The matter is adjourned. Thank you.
