THE DEPUTY PRESIDENT: This is an application, AG2003/5240, an application pursuant to section 170LJ of the Workplace Relations Act for certification of the Forestry Tasmania Eco-Tourism Enterprise Agreement Number 2 of 2003. The parties to the agreement are Forestry Tasmania, the CPSU and the employees of Forestry working in the Tahune Eco-Tourism Centre and covered by the classifications found in the agreement.

Neither of the parties are in attendance having been advised that there are no queries in relation to the application. Accordingly each has provided a fax agreeing to certification in their absence. The parties have also provided the necessary statutory declarations and I am satisfied have met the requirements of the Act. The agreement will be certified. An order will issue to take effect from 3 June and to remain in force until 30 June 2004. The agreement however came into effect on 1 July 2002. That agreement is certified.
