THE COMMISSIONER: We now have the next mater, which is the issue of the Transport Workers Garbage (ACT) Award 1990, an application under section 113 to vary the award by the Transport Workers Union. Mr McLean, can I take it that all of the matters that you have put on the record in relation to other matters in regard to this application are similar in this case, that is, that you have advised employers and so forth?

MR A. McLEAN: Exactly, yes, that is right, Commissioner.

THE COMMISSIONER: Are there any appearances for the employers in this matter? There are not. I proposed to accept the application of the Transport Workers' Union in this regard and an order will be issued in due course with a date of effect of - on or after 7 July 2003, which is no less than 12 months, Mr McLean?

MR McLEAN: That is correct.

THE COMMISSIONER: Yes. Good. Well, that will be done as applied for by the Transport Workers' Union. Good.
