THE VICE PRESIDENT: No, I am sure there isn't given the consent nature of what is to occur today. Well, we have waited for 10 minutes for Mr Veenendaal to arrive. He is no doubt caught up somewhere but he indicated his consent to the form of order by email yesterday afternoon and in those circumstances I propose to make the order by consent in the terms agreed to by the parties and a formal order will issue in those terms forthwith. The parties are to be congratulated on reaching agreement. Thank you.
