THE DEPUTY PRESIDENT: Thank you. Yes, Mr Lyons.

MR LYONS: If the Commission pleases, in this matter we seek certification of an agreement in the terms filed. In doing so the union relies on the declaration of Mr Donnelly, that should appear on the file of the Commission. We say that declaration makes out that all the requirements of the Act and the regulations have been met. Unless your Honour has any questions about the content of that, I would leave the matter there.

THE DEPUTY PRESIDENT: Yes. No, I am satisfied, again, that the requirements of the Act are met in all substantial respects, as far as this agreement is concerned, and I will certify the Knoxfield Distribution Centre Enterprise Agreement 2002 with effect from today's date, expiry on 31 August, 2004. The matter is adjourned.
