THE COMMISSIONER: The Commission has perused the agreement before it and is content it meets the requirements of the Act and the rules of the Commission and will certify the agreement. Are there any further submissions?

MS DOODY: Commissioner, just to bring to your attention that the agreement is out of time and we would seek the - - -

THE COMMISSIONER: This agreement between the Transport Workers Union of Australia and Advance Petroleum Pty Ltd shall be known as the Advance Petroleum Pty Ltd Tasmanian Drivers Enterprise Agreement 2002. Pursuant to section 170LT of the Workplace Relations Act 1996 the Commission certifies the said agreement. The agreement shall come into force from today's date, 8 September 2003, and remain in force until 30 June 2005. Thank you. The Commission is adjourned. Good morning.
