THE COMMISSIONER: The Commission has perused the agreement before it and is content it meets the requirements of the Act and the rules of the Commission. Are there any further submissions.

THE COMMISSIONER: Thank you. This is an agreement between the Transport Workers Union of Australia and K and S Integrated Distribution Pty Ltd to be known as the K and S Integrated Distribution Pty Ltd Transport Employees Agreement (Melbourne Operations) 2003. Pursuant to section 170LT of the Workplace Relations Act 1996 the Commission certifies the said agreement. The agreement comes into force from today's date, 8 September 2003, and remains in force until 1 July 2005. Thank you. Good morning.
