THE COMMISSIONER: Thank you. Yes - Mr Huxley is. In this matter I have had conferences with the parties and there have been negotiations in between those conferences and the parties have been able to reach an agreement through their efforts. The matter involves Mr Glen Huxley and Mr Huxley will be paid an amount of $14,000 net and will continue to be paid his average weekly earnings of $792.53 gross from 26 January 2003 until 28 February 2003. A further element of the settlement is the waiving of the recovery of educational costs incurred by Mr Huxley. The parties are directed to confer within the next seven days and to finalise this agreement. The agreement will then be forwarded to me, I shall seal the agreement and it shall be included on the file. That will then indicate the end of these proceedings.
