MR S. WILSON: I am from VECCI and appear for the City of Boroondara and with me I have MR G. PAWSEY.

MS M. McCANN: I appear for the ASU with MR R. RANKIN.

THE SENIOR DEPUTY PRESIDENT: Mr Wilson.

MR WILSON: Thank you, your Honour. Your Honour, we would ask that the agreement to cover the Waste Employees at the City of Boroondara be so certified. We would rely on the statutory declaration of John Nevins who is the Director of Works and Governance at the City. Your Honour, I guess, as the result of the previous hearing, it maybe that we need to give an undertaking for the dispute settling procedure.

THE SENIOR DEPUTY PRESIDENT: You do.

MR WILSON: And we do give that undertaking, your Honour. If the Commission pleases.

THE SENIOR DEPUTY PRESIDENT: Yes, Ms McCann.

MS McCANN: We would also rely on our statutory declaration from the Assistant Branch Secretary, Brian Parkinson, and again we would give the same undertaking.

THE SENIOR DEPUTY PRESIDENT: Yes. Thank you, Ms McCann. Well, for the reasons that I enunciated in the previous matter, I will also certify this agreement. It will operate from today's date.
