to vary the above award re Part 4 - Clauses 15,
19 and 20

THE DEPUTY PRESIDENT: This is an application by the Australian Workers Union to vary the Hop Industry Award 2001 by application of the May 2002 safety net review decision. The application is by consent. Neither of the parties are in attendance, but agree to the application being heard in their absence. The draft order provided by the union has been agreed by TCCI on behalf of the Hop Producers Association of Tasmania. The application is in accord with the Commission's principles and can be approved. Accordingly the award will be varied to give effect to the Safety Net Review Decision of 2002 and the variation will take effect, by agreement, from 1 March 2003. That award is hereby varied.
