THE DEPUTY PRESIDENT: This is an application pursuant to section 170LL of the Workplace Relations Act for certification of a greenfields agreement, this time between Wilson Parking Australia 1992 Pty Limited, trading as Wilson Security Services and the Maritime Union of Australia. The agreement will be known as the Maritime Union of Australia and Wilson Security - TT-Line Enterprise Agreement for New South Wales and Tasmania 2004. The agreement covers those employees of Wilson Parking Australia covered by the classifications in the agreement, whether members of the Maritime Union or not. I understand this also is new work for this company.
PN2
Neither of the parties are in attendance having been advised there were no specific issues about the terms of the agreement. Each has provided a fax seeking certification in their absence. They have also provided the necessary statutory declarations, and I am satisfied the requirements of the Act have been met. An order will issue to take effect from today's date and remain in force until 8 January 2007. This agreement also came into effect on the date of signing, being 9 January 2004. That agreement is certified.
ADJOURNED INDEFINITELY [10.22am]
