Tasmanian Divisional Branch and Another for
certification of the KG Steelfixing Pty Limited
Enterprise Agreement 2003-2005

THE DEPUTY PRESIDENT: This is an application pursuant to section 170LS of the Workplace Relations Act. The parties to the KG Steelfixing Pty Limited Enterprise Agreement 2003-2005 seek the certification. Those parties are KG Steelfixing Pty Limited and the CFMEU, Tasmanian Branch. Neither party is in attendance, having been advised there are no queries raised within the contents of the agreement and each has provided authority for certification in their absence.

Likewise, they have provided the required statutory declarations and accordingly I am satisfied the requirements of the Act have been met. An order will issue to take effect from today's date and remain in force until 15 October 2005. The agreement, however, came into force from 28 November 2003. That agreement is hereby certified.
